You should hear back from me within 3 working days, regardless of whether I'm available or not! Please check your junk mail as unfortunately a lot of supplier's emails will land in our couple's junk mail boxes
2. Let's connect
If your date & my availability align, we'll arrange a call or meet up and chat through your plans (ideally with both of you).
Having a call or meeting isn't 100% essential, although it does help to make sure we feel at ease with each other before moving forward. It's a big decision and investment, so it's important that you have the right person on board.
3. Booking
If you'd like to go ahead and book then let me know!
I'll pop you in the diary and we'll make it all official with a couple of forms & a booking fee and I'll send you my planning guide.
Bookings are confirmed and secured once this process is complete.
4. Planning
Once you're booked in I'll be on hand for any guidance you need throughout the planning process.
Whether that be adding me to your inspiration board, needing a 3rd party to help with decisions - pretty much anything, really!
Around a month before your wedding we'll have another call or meet-up to run through the finer details of the day in your questionnaire, make any adjustments to your coverage, and get excited as the day approaches!
